2 eggs
2 1/2 dl sugar
2 dl white flour
some salt = 1 kryddmått
4 msk cocoa
1 1/2 tsk vanilla sugar
½ tsk baking powder
100 g butter or margarine
Melt butter or margarine, let it
cool off.
Whip eggs och sugar puffy.
Mix flour, vanilla sugar, salt and
baking powder.
Sift
the flour mixture into the egg mass .
Pour the butter into the mixture and
stir it powerfully.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the baking tins. There will be about 18
muffins.
Bake in 7-8 min. in the middle of the oven in 200 degrees C.
Let them cool off before they are moved from
the tin.
If you like your muffins more
sticky, just let them stay in the oven
